On Sunday, October 26 at 5 pm, we had a Pizza Packing Party, and we packed 91 boxes for Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. A big thanks to the many people who have contributed so many items over the past year, to Phyllis for organizing this, to all who brought snacks for the packers, and to all who came Sunday evening to help pack the boxes. Please continue to pray for the children who will receive these boxes, that the items and the message of the hope and salvation that Jesus brings will be with them all year long. This week’s sermon can be viewed below: Romans 5:8- The love of God. From Romans 5:8, we see the three principles of God's love. This love should be lived out in each of our lives. Remember that: 1. Love is shown in ACTION, not infatuation, feelings, or emotions. 2. Love is a CHOICE, not a contract. 3. Love is shown by SACRIFICE, as God showed us in Jesus.
